National Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to provide leadership, management and the development of an agreed portfolio of Freidman FM contracts, ensuring financial, and operational commitments are met and exceeded. Reporting into the Operations Director, the role
will involve identifying future business opportunities, developing and delivering our service
models in line with our strategic organisational objectives to become the supplier of choice along with the day to day management of our clients’ property portfolio of multi-site, multi-service disciplines.
You will have experience in leading, managing and motivating a team of multi-skilled managers, be an excellent communicator, a clear decision maker and an approachable people manager with a good all-round knowledge of employee relations, considerable understanding of delivering both hard / soft service facilities management and have operated within either the public sector, corporate, property or retail sectors.
You will be results driven and have a track record to enable you to demonstrate the ability to
drive operational improvement to ensure first class client relationships and the delivery of
exceptional customer service levels are achieved at all times.
