Delivering facilities management services within both central and local government estates requires the highest level of vigilance towards any potential security risks.  We fully understands these risks and our senior team has considerable experience in operating large, multi-location FM contracts within high profile government buildings and estates, as well as listed and heritage sites.  We also have a robust safeguarding and business continuity policies in place.  

Many of the government buildings within which we operate are listed, and present some interesting challenges in terms of building fabric maintenance and cleaning. These buildings feature elaborately carved porches and ceilings, handsome marble galleries, oak panelled walls, antique furnishings,even treasures and archives of great historic significance which require specialist cleaning and care.  Behind the scenes, our engineers propose solutions to modernise building management systems within historic buildings to improve energy efficiency and drive down service costs.
