Chief Executive Officer
An electrical engineer by trade, Andy is an experienced facilities management professional capable of delivering at all levels of the facilities spectrum. Andy has enjoyed a diverse career within the built environment delivering across projects in almost every discipline.
Andy’s unique abilities and experience within the industry allows him to work closely with clients and suppliers to leverage bespoke service delivery models that move beyond simply delivering a service. Understanding that every client is unique and has differing requirements creates sustainable solutions that add value to the client in the right way.
Chief Operating Officer
With over 30 years in the industry, Chris is a highly knowledgeable and driven operational director. He is a natural problem solver, drawing from experiences gained whilst working on a varied background of contracts within the full FM, hard service and maintenance environment.
As an electrical engineer trained within the Royal Navy, Chris understands implicitly the need to maintain systems to the highest possible standards. He drives this same ethos within the teams that he manages. This is reflected in the very strong relationships that he and his teams have with their clients.
Sam is responsible for processing all the sales and purchase invoices, bank reconciliations, expenses and supplier payments. As well as ensuring a healthy cash-flow into the business from our clients, Sam ensures that our supplier partners are paid on time to keep our contracts running smoothly.

Strategic Account Manager
Dan has recently joined Freidman, bringing with him an extensive career and a broad range of experience within FM and the built environment. Dan will be responsible for the strategic development and continual growth of the business in line with its projections, whilst ensuring successful service delivery to our valued clients.
Sharon has extensive senior operational cleaning experience having held high profile roles as both client and service provider, including almost three decades with major UK retailer M&S. Sharon has exceptional operational efficiency and meticulous attention to detail.
Angela has recently joined Freidman, bringing with her extensive knowledge and experience, spanning over 20 years, having led the successful delivery of a large number of FM services projects for high profile clients across diverse market sectors.
Angela is highly driven and motivated and her positive, conscientious approach and excellent communication skills ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.
Building Services Manager
Andy began his career at NIBSC, where he completed a mechanical engineering apprenticeship, gaining hands-on experience maintaining air handling and containment plant, steam producing boilers and incinerators. After running his own business for several years, Andy now heads up our mobile technical team, scheduling all PPM for our FM contracts.
Regional Operations Manager
Mike McCarthy (IOSH, BICSc, IWFM) has recently joined Freidman as Regional Operations Manager to support our rapidly growing Account Management team. With extensive experience of managing multi-location FM projects across diverse industries, Mike will focus on supporting our clients within the education sector, as well as ensuring the successful delivery of soft services.
Contract Support Manager
Jo provides invaluable support to our Operations team and engineering staff to ensure that all our contracts run smoothly. Jo is also responsible for making sure that we are using our CAFM system to its full potential, and that it is integrated, and fully-functioning throughout the business - vital as the company grows.
Service Desk Manager
Julia oversees the day-to-day activities of the Service Desk operations to ensure customers, users and business teams are fully-supported. As well as scheduling engineers, raising purchase orders, quotes, and contracts within Freidman's CAFM system, Julia also creates reports and provides information to support the Operations team in the analysis of products and service measures against KPIs. Julia also trains new team members on the existing software.
Qualified to BICSc Assessor (Levels 1 & 2) standard, Andy has over 17 years' experience and expertise in managing and supervising large multi-location cleaning teams. His strengths lie in people management - driving, mentoring and coaching his teams to deliver the exacting, first class standards required by blue chip clients to consistently deliver impressive results.
Assistant National Accounts Manager
Kristine supervises, mentors, trains and provides hands-on support to our soft services teams to enable them to complete their duties to the best of their ability. She organises and energises our employees, ensures they are working safely, with all the right tools for the job, with the objective of consistently maintaining impeccable standards for our clients.
A fantastic people manager, Jackie currently leads our highly motivated multi-skilled FM team at one of our high-profile government locations.
As well as organising the day-to-day FM requirements of the business, Jackie schedules planned maintenance and reactive works for front of house, security, hard and soft services to deliver a seamless service for our client.
Nicole manages the delivery of Facilities Management Services for one of our high profile banking clients within the City of London. Nicole has a diverse role, which includes the management of several multi-discipinary teams including cleaning, planned and reactive maintenance, energy management, project management, space planning, moves and changes and statutory compliance.
Marketing & Bid Manager
With over 18 years’ experience in senior marketing management, Sally has a strong and expanding knowledge of full-suite marketing within the FM arena and horizontal and vertical market sectors. With a love of graphic design, Sally thrives under pressure, and loves nothing more than grass-roots marketing, working with the business development team to create high-spec tender proposals and presentations within the tight deadlines so characteristic of the FM environment!
