Zenith Bank (UK) Ltd is a member of the Nigerian-based Zenith Bank Group. Zenith Bank Plc is Nigeria’s largest bank in tier-1 capital terms.

Headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, the bank has 500+ branches and business offices internationally in Gambia, Ghana, Sierra Leone, South Africa and The People’s Republic of China. Its key services cover cross border trade finance, a full range of treasury services and family office and wealth management.

Extensive portfolio of services

In May 2016, Freidman was awarded a 3-year facilities management contract to cover Zenith Bank (UK) Limited’s UK headquarters in 39 Cornhill, London in the heart of the City’s Insurance and Financial District.

This attractive Grade II Listed building combines period features with a modern office specification. It boasts a double height entrance hall and gallery, modern lift lobbies and high quality office refurbishment and offers a unique venue for entertaining clients. Freidman delivers an impressive and diverse range of services, delivered and co-ordinated by a 24 hour help desk and emergency response services.

Hard services include planned preventative and reactive maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. We also deliver fire safety services including the maintenance of fire extinguishers and alarm systems, arranging fire assessments and fire warden training. Portable appliance testing, water sampling and supply and installation of furniture and carpets also fall within our remit. Freidman also supports the client with project works, including refurbishments, painting and decorating and the supply and installation of furniture and carpets.

In terms of soft services, we provide cleaning services within all offices, washrooms, kitchens, reception and amenity areas. This includes a hostess service, setting-up and clearing meeting rooms pre-and post bookings, ensuring that the appropriate AV facilities and refreshments are available. We also provide waste management including recycling, pest control, confidential shredding, office and furniture moves, internal planting, health and safety management and first aid training.

This contract has recently been renewed for a further 3 years.
