The Challenge

The Covid-19 pandemic has presented unique challenges for businesses and its effect contrasts vastly across different business sectors. During this unprecedented situation, our management and operative teams have had to be flexible to accommodate, and quick to adapt to the ever-changing requirements of our clients.
This includes supporting stringent clinical standards within the NHS and the care sector, providing care and compassion within specialist educational care facilities for adults and children with learning difficulties, through to ensuring hygienic, safe, compliant workplaces in manufacturing and commercial enterprises to ensure their ability to provide critical support throughout this current situation.

However, nowhere is the impact more prevalent, than within our schools’ contracts. Teaching staff are under immense pressure to ensure their premises are safe and hygienic and ready to receive the first wave of children as they return to school.

Deep Cleaning in Action

We are currently supporting our clients in this process by intensifying our cleaning effort with virucidal cleaning products.

This includes:
• responding to client concerns by introducing housekeeping staff during the day to intensify cleaning effort to all touchpoints - door handles, etc. (previously evening cleans)
• weekly, intensive, virucidal deep cleaning programmes
• supporting client requests for hand sanitisers and PPE for their own staff
• informing clients with signage when a particular area has been deep-cleaned/sanitised - instilling confidence that we are taking every precaution to keep their teams safe.

We are extremely proud of how our teams are going the extra mile, constantly adapting to the ever changing daily requirements in support of our clients’ business continuity plans.

The feedback we are receiving from our clients has been extremely positive and that’s a great credit to our teams.
