Freidman provides a 24 hour Help Desk for all its customers operated by a dedicated and highly skilled customer service team. Our services are managed through our industry-leading, highly versatile and integrated CAFM system and is a centralised facility serving all our contracts. The system performs a complex set of functions that provides the effective control and auditing of all service lines and processes, task issue and resource allocation, procurement, costs management and reporting.
All service requests are captured within our CAFM system and allocated to our service team so that they can be dealt with quickly and efficiently and no service request is overlooked. All calls are recorded and monitored for training purposes.
